One of the ways to describe the DISC model is by representing it in the form of a circle which denotes the full human behavior range. When you divide the circle into horizontal halves, the upper half represents fast-paced people and the lower half represents the reserved people. Similarly when we divide the circle into vertical halves, the left half denotes task-oriented people and the right half represents people-oriented people.
The complete model is got by combining both the circles:
D type individuals- They are the outgoing and task-oriented individuals. They are dominant and decisive in nature.
I type individuals- They are the outgoing and people-oriented individuals. Such people are influencing and inspiring.
S type individuals- They are the reserved and people-oriented individuals. They are steady and supportive.
C type individuals- They are the reserved and task-oriented individuals. These types of people are cautious and conscientious.
